York by Graya is a residential development in New Farm with a bold, Art Deco-inspired architectural expression.
Materials & application
A custom ECOTONE Minsil coating in Snow Grey was applied offsite at the Advanced Precast yard before panel installation. Applying the finish prior to delivery allowed full quality-assurance checks and eliminated extended onsite access and scaffolding — delivering significant time and cost savings.
Outcome
The result is a clean, uniform finish across all precast panels, achieved with greater efficiency and control. The custom Snow Grey tone complements YORK's Art Deco-inspired curves and contributes to its refined presence in New Farm.
