The Lansell is a high-end residential development in Toorak, designed with a focus on premium materials and refined architectural expression.
Materials & application
ECOTONE Matt Plus was applied to James Hardie ExoTec compressed fibre cement cladding and soffits in a custom off-white tone to complement the exterior sandstone and granite floor tiles. ECOTONE Minsil was used on the basement precast concrete columns, custom-tinted to enhance the exposed concrete. Both coatings were developed for long-term durability and visual consistency across substrates.
Outcome
ECOTONE replaced the original plan for a flat painted finish with a more considered solution, bringing clarity and depth to soffits, balcony areas and basement entry columns. The result is a unified, durable façade that elevates the presentation of this boutique Toorak residence.
