What began as a small-scale brief — applying a charcoal finish to grey ribbed precast and select flat panels — quickly expanded as the client saw the quality of the work firsthand.
Materials & application
Following a successful on-site sample, the scope grew to include coating the soffits, additional precast elements and in-situ concrete surfaces. All works were completed using ECOTONE Minsil onsite, ensuring a consistent and durable finish across the project.
Outcome
The finished works on the N81 (Technical Annex Building) delivered both aesthetic consistency and long-term durability — key to supporting the facility's role in environmental research and teaching. The mid-project expansion is a testament to the quality and reliability of the product and team.
