Wee Hur Student Village in Canberra is a 16-storey student accommodation building housing up to 733 students.
Materials & application
Colour technicians applied up to five different ECOTONE Minsil colour applications to external ribbed and flat precast concrete onsite. An ECOTONE material finish was applied to ground and level-1 cladding in Valkyrie from the Corso range.
Outcome
The project features a variety of architectural tones across the concrete and cladding, developed through close collaboration with the client using colour samples to refine finishes during the decision-making process.
