Resido is a multi-residential build-to-rent development at Sylvia Park, Auckland.
Materials & application
The project used ECOTONE's advanced colour application on moulded precast concrete, including panels with distinctive wood-grain texture. All treatment was completed within Concretec's precast yard, allowing seamless integration of design intent and production efficiency.
Outcome
Each panel arrived onsite pre-coloured and pre-glazed with windows installed, reducing scaffolding, weather delays and follow-up trades. The finished panels offer a striking contrast between naturalistic timber-like texture and sharp modern framing — speaking to the development's focus on sustainability, resilience and visual warmth.
