The Victorian team applied a custom green colour using ECOTONE Matt to the ribbed moulded precast concrete.
Outcome
Colouring the ribbed precast in pale green transformed the four-storey social and community hub, addressing critical housing needs by providing affordable accommodation through this major public initiative.
