Materials & application
A custom ECOTONE Minsil colour was applied across all concrete precast panels and slab edges, providing a consistent, natural finish that complemented the architectural intent — including enhancing the appearance of the ribbed balustrades to align with the project's monolithic form.
Outcome
The application delivered a uniform, natural concrete aesthetic that faithfully reflected the original design vision. The soft, cohesive finish supported the project's tone of understated luxury, harmonising with stone, textured render and exposed timber.
