• How are ECOTONE coatings different from standard paint?
  Standard paint is a surface-level decorative layer. ECOTONE coatings are multi-layered systems that penetrate and bond with the substrate, delivering deeper texture, stronger adhesion, and long-term durability. Designed for harsh conditions, they offer advanced protection and can last up to 25 years when properly applied.
• How are ECOTONE coatings applied, and do I need a specialist applicator?
  ECOTONE coating systems are specified for application by approved applicators trained in our products and processes, ensuring consistent quality and eligibility for the 25-year warranty.

• What substrates and building materials are ECOTONE coating compatible with?
  ECOTONE coatings are compatible with a wide range of building materials such as concrete, brick, block, mortar, fibre cement and plasterboard.
  Each substrate needs the right preparation and, where required, a suitable primer. Technical data sheets and other resources are available to help select the correct ECOTONE products for your project.
